Just to start, Max Major’s name IS real, and was not lifted from a hair-dryer or any such device…he just has cool parents.
Max was born in the bustling metropolis of Sarnia where he soon discovered he hated highschool math and wanted to avoid it at all costs. Not only did he hate math, but he also loved music and had a tendency to never shut up. Enter Radio.
Max didn’t really like highschool period really, so he took a co-op at the local rock station to avoid sitting in real classes and learned the radio ropes. After working in Sarnia’s local radio stations Max went to college for Radio Broadcasting.

With diploma in hand Max was hired in Kirkland Lake and began his Northern adventure, which now brings us to the present where he now works for Q92 in Timmins! Max was given a handy questionnaire to help you better get to know him and it goes as follows:

Favourite Animal: Walrus…look at one and not laugh…I dare you

Favourite TV Show: Documentaries…I could live off of the History and Discovery Channels

Favourite Movie: Psychological Thrillers. Silence of the Lambs, The Mist, Ernest Goes to Jail… that sort of stuff.

Favourite Book: “The Raw Shark Texts”…nothing’s cooler than having your memories eaten by a conceptual shark!

Least favourite famous person: Pat Robinson…somebody PLEASE give me ONE good reason why this man needs to exist.

Favourite Pizza Topping: Meat…I exclusively eat “Meatzzas”. Mushrooms are acceptable. Olives are the enemy.
